How Do I Place An Order?

Shopping Cart?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved once the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item being initially listed as available, or vice versa.
How long does it take my order to ship?
Unless otherwise noted, RoofTop ships all items within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Customer will receive notification of delay or cancellation of any order by email.
International Shoppers
Orders outside of the 48 continental United States are shipped via USPS.

Unless otherwise noted, RoofTop ships all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Customer will receive notification of delay or cancellation of any order.
All tax and Shipping and Handling fees will be calculated upon checkout.
What if my merchandise is damaged or something is missing from my order?
We sincerely apologize for any problem occurring with your order. Please email us at rooftopwitnesswear@gmail.com anytime and someone will respond to you within 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The following forms of payment are accepted when placing an order online with RoofTop: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover debit/credit cards, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders .
We CANNOT accept personal checks or cash as payment. We only accept credit cards from countries to which we ship.

How do you handle returns & refunds?
If you have any problems please contact us at rooftopwitnesswear@gmail.com. Please include your name, description of problem, Order #, and PO # or Packing Slip #. RoofTop will NOT accept items worn, laundered, or damaged by the customer in any way.
All complaints must be received within 14 days of order to receive refund (less shipping and handling). If it is at the fault of RoofTop Witness Wear, Inc., all RETURN SHIPPING costs will be handled by RoofTop Witness Wear, Inc. All refunds will be issued in same form as initial purchase payment.
Can I use any of your designs, writings, or postings for my own personal use?
All original artwork, poetry, article postings, intellectual property, original concepts, etc. are the sole property of RoofTop Witness Wear and MAY NOT be published or replicated in any form, without the express written permission of RoofTop Witness Wear, by any person or organization. Violators will be subject to penalties and/or fines appropriated by law.
Do you solicit donations from your customers?
With what we do (meaning sell merchandise), we DO NOT solicit donations from our customers or visitors. But we will, of course, accept any gift of love Holy Spirit may place on your heart to give.
