We know how important your custom orders are to you. Because we understand the importance, we stay in communication with you throughout the entire process. We want to make sure every line, face, word, or shape is exactly the size, color, placement you want it to be. An electronic mockup, or final proof, will be sent to you for approval before production begins. No job will begin until you have given final approval of mockup.
Once final approval is received from you, and production begins, any changes will be the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be additional charges for ANY changes made after production begins.
